Can anybody reccommend a bulb I can use? Anything 250Watts or lower?

It can hold up to 250 watts so I'm wondering if some of you guys can help me choose the right bulb. I'll be growing only one aurora indica from nirvana seeds, if it helps at all. Thanks in advance!
