I don't know if it's the most over used, but this is by far the most annoying one I keep seeing:

    "get at me"

ugh that's so annoying, I want to slap people that type that!

I was on this phone chat line to pick up chicks. Ugh, they were all so boring, but I wanted to try something new. One was mildly interesting, but most would say, "Hi, I'm ______ I'm a BBW. I hate people who are materialistic, and just care about looks." Oh, well I love people who are materialistic, shallow materialistic bitches is what I like.

I also was annoyed when they would say, "I stand 5 feet four inches tall." Who says that? Wouldn't you just say, "I am ____ ?" WTF, LOL!

it is definietly "lol" but I use "haha" just as much, would "haha" be considered an abbrev. in chat? and have any of you caught yourself saying tha abbrev outloud when you not even chatting? like "b" "r" "b", i hate when I do that

    how about "let's cyber!"
I mean, the fact that anyone has ever said it on any chat room anywhere constitutes 'overuse'....
