I second Nijmegen, best people in the whole of Europe, and a great nightlife. Check out Merleyn, Doornroosje or Triainon for a groovy night out and a very friendly atmospehere. If you want a smoke and a beer I reccomend also the Bijstand.

I am going to AMS at the end of this year and was wondering what other cool towns are good to visit in the netherlands, that also happen to have the best weed.
