finally installed the demo...

i must say it is very well thought out.... i gave up after awhiel cuz i couldn't figure out how to do a manual (couldn't look it up either as my net was down all day yesterday)

i really did like the joystick aspect tho....

speaking of installing... i got around to installing stuntman ignition too.... it's pretty cool... not great tho...

I rented Skate because I saw this post on Tuesday and it's a badass game, I really enjoy it, but it's definitely a renter.

I downloaded a Save File just so I didn't have to do everything (after a while it's just doing tricks for pictures and money, not learning anything really new) and it only took the guy 18 hours to get 100% on it. So, it's definitely a renter.

I'd been playing for a mere 3 hours and I'd unlocked a bunch of stuff.

On a side note, the game is actually a lot more frustrating when you first get over the initial beauty of it. I mean, some tricks have to be PERFECT, and you can do something the EXACT same way you did it before down to the T but for some reason, the game will MAGICALLY say you beat it.

Another thing is...what the hell is up with the language? I've heard the word "fresh" so many times it's making me sick.

Good game overall though, but definitely good for only a rental unless you're a skater, which I'm not.

best skating game ever. beats the tony hawk series easily.
Though it isnt about doing all the missions, more of just skating around chillin and especially skating online with friends in freeskate. :thumbsup:

Yeah its because its for skaters, so the career wasn't the best thing about it, the best thing about it is that you can do realistic stuff unlike fucking gay tony hawks. You can cruies around and find spots. its fun as:rastasmoke:
