What brand/type of CFL is 6700k?

Im looking for some CFLs to start a grow space, and I cant find the spectum numbers on nearly any bulbs I look at. The only bulbs ive found that list it so far are nVision daylights, which are 5500k.

Is there a brand/type of bulb that someone could give me thats at 6700k?

Walmart, Lowe's, HomeDePot... all of them have the bulbs you want. If it doesn't show the specific spectrum, get "daylight" or "cool white". My bulbs are 6,500k. 5,500k is actually a pretty good spectrum, if that's all you can get.

Get an Envirolite, they come in 125w, 200w, or 250w in both 2700k and 6700k. Not sure if you get them in USA since I think its a UK company. Envirolites , check on ebay or other internet sites, you will prob be able to find them.

I couldnt find it anywhere on the GE packages. The nVisions I was talking about are like the envirolites, they sell them at Home Depot. They only carry up to 100w though. The highest daylight bulbs our Walmart carries is 60w. I'll hit up Lowes today and if I cant find a 6700k, then I'll stick with the 5500k's. Thanks guys

I bought a bunch of 65 watt cfl's from 1000 bulbs. They have the most bang for the buck - about US$19/each - and have the regular light socket base. The bigger bulbs use a mogul base and they are so darn big they're a bit more difficult to work with - IMO.

Those are good prices. I ordered some from topbulb.com and paid about $10 more per bulb. the higher numbers are in the blue spectrum, good to veg. lower numbers like the 2700k @ top bulb is high in the red spectrum and good for budding. I have a 5x5x6 grow with 2 from each spectrum for the whole grow.
