Last night I went over my buddies house to play ping pong / smoke for a little bit. After we had smoked we were sitting outside on their lawn chairs and all of a sudden it felt like I swallowed a big ass bug or something. I dunno what it was but it freaked me out. Anyways, it feels like my throat is swollen this next morning, but realisticly theres no way I swallowed a bug just sitting there.

My question is, is it possible to burn your throat by smoking a bowl? Ive never had this happen to me before and ive been smoking for about a year now. I did have a screen in, so no burning bud could have flown back into my throat...

Any ideas?
