I read awhile back about a jury and how one member convinced them to let the guy go who was getting charged with MJ. He talked about how during the prohibition the reason they had to relegalize alcohol is because the juries wouldnt convict people of it. Now if only we had some halfway intelligent people who understood that they could vote against the law on a jury and let all the MJ charges go. They would have no choice but to legalize it
