If you spray the plants when the lights are off, you increase your chances of getting fungus or mildew, when you spray do it at least 2 hours before lights out, and to prevent burning, simply raise the light to about 2' 6" this will not allow the intensity to be magnified too much by the water droplets. When you spray with lights off, the humidity in the room goes way up, creating the perfect environment for the afore mentioned afflictions to gestate.
I kinda agree with Sensi about re vegging the plant, but if you don't want to wait, just use clean scissors and cut off the damaged parts of the leaves. I used paint to show where I would make the cuts on the leaf.

Yes thas an overwatering problem, it might be that your plants are getting burnt by the Cl. If you are a noob its GREAT but dont get sad, next time do not plant 3 plants in the same pot

my first grow was terrible i killed 3 plants right after another, because i was overwatering, over heating, etc etc etc

Whoa, I think that you meant to say avoid passing over at the most 25 degrees Celsius (or 78 degrees Farhrenheit), because going anywhere near 30 degrees Celsius (or 86 degrees Farhrenheit) is TOO HOT. But one exception is to use supplemented CO2.
