The court order states 2 test, how ever your PO as the option to do more if they want to. Had a friend that went through that and passed 3 test then on last visit to exit his probation they did another test and he failed and went to jail.

If you were on probation for drugs your PO can do another test just for looking at them funny.

So my question is this: after I pass all 3 drug tests, is it safe to smoke or would it be better to wait untill the probation actually ends? The terms of the probation say 3 tests so they couldn't give me any more right? Also, do you think that all drug tests will be over with for a long time before probation actually ends OR will the last test be on like the Rating: 5
