well the terms of my probation specifically said 3 clean drug screens but most people here seem to think that they can still drug test me at any time so ill prolly be playin it safe. thanks to everyone who posted.

There You go. With Your previous way of thinking You will go from a Young person who made a mistake and experimented with weed to a X-con. Even if Your probation says 3 tests, What will You do if they give You four, Call the cops, Complain to the Judge.

jeffman Reviewed by jeffman on 10-08-2007. Is it safe to smoke? I am currently on probation for 6 months for simple possesion pf marijuana. During this time period I have to pass 3 random drug tests. So my question is this: after I pass all 3 drug tests, is it safe to smoke or would it be better to wait untill the probation actually ends? The terms of the probation say 3 tests so they couldn't give me any more right? Also, do you think that all drug tests will be over with for a long time before probation actually ends OR will the last test be on like the Rating: 5
