    help me please

    hey im 18 and my mom is making the doctor test me w/ a blood test. if i fail i lose my car (which is still technicaly my parents) is there anyway i can have my doctor lie to my parents? i know that he cant tell them legally but if he dosent say anything then my parents will know that I have something to hide....ive been clean for about a week but before that i smoked multiple times every day. I have no clue when the test could be, anywhere from a week or two to a month.

    help me please

    I'm fairly certain that blood tests have much shorter detection windows than urine tests do. According to this post, 72 hours is the max for a blood test.

    If I were you, I'd play it safe and stop smoking until the blood test, even if it's a few weeks away. But you should be in the clear (as long as your test isn't within 72 hours of your last smoke). :thumbsup:
