once we demand our freedoms back, we take the power into our hands, not that of the government

maybe none of this is new (i have personally seen several tortured by use of a stun gun, by law enforcement) but it will never stop till we set a precedence, that this is unacceptable... even the behavior, and mentality of the officers that commited this heinous act
