Yeah this has happened more than once. Cops just love fucking people up.Its the steroids. Anybody that has done them or know someone who has done them know what I'm talking about.

maybe none of this is new (i have personally seen several tortured by use of a stun gun, by law enforcement) but it will never stop till we set a precedence, that this is unacceptable... even the behavior, and mentality of the officers that commited this heinous act
