    Bagseed Grow Log

Hey Guys Decided to grow some bagseed, planted about 30 mins ago with another random flower.

I decided to let them germ in the soil, so ive got the soil moist.

The ONE bagseed seed thats planted im gonna do 12/12 lighting once it sprouts as an experiment.

Im hoping a really short but bushy plant.

    Heres some pics.

The smaller pot is a 2L Pepsi bottle cut, and is for the flower seed. The purple pot is the bagseed.

There currently under only one 26 watt cfl and 2 x 13 watt fluro tubes in the other lamp.

I have 5 other 26 watt cfl's and within the next 2 weeks i will have light fixtures and

such, so it will be a much better set up.

I recently decided to start germing some seeds in the paper towel
    method.

So i will just plant those instead of doing the germing in the soil.

its currently the second day of germ in paper towel method.

One Seed popped today and it seemed to have a long sprout and the seed was pretty

much fully cracked, i planted it sprout down in soil and misted the soil. I noticed when it

was in the paper towel that there was a peice of a sprout beside it, im guessing that was part of it.Will my plant still grow?

    Help Much Appreciated.

If part of the taproot broke off, the plant is probably dead. Most of the time, the plant will die if you even touch the taproot, let alone break part of it off.

Also, if you flower it as soon as it sprouts, it will die or almost be a guaranteed male. You have to let the plant veg for a while before flowering. Flowering too early also causes herms.

Actually, Deja, you're wrong about the flowering from seed. Granted yields are decreased but it will grow and is not a guaranteed male. Check this out

Don't mean to come down on ya, Deja. I just saw you telling a poster to do his research in another thread. Perhaps you yourself could do some reading?
