well, don't give up yet, I have had mail show up at the last minute (Christmas cards in July, :wtf ... it sucks, I really hope your order shows up soon ... for what it's worth, yours is the first problem I've ever run across with HD, sucks having to question your own luck ... :jointsmile:

I definately won't give up on them, and I don't think its a problem with HD specifically, so believe me, I'm not shooting any negativity their way. Yeah, I know it is the risk that you take, so I'm not totally disgusted in the loss of the money (if I don't get refunded) but more or less let down, because I'm ready for primo indica genetics and stuck with sativa bagseed.

Yes I'm definately happy that there are no black 'burbons' at my door, god knows we don't need that. What a waste of tax dollars, IMHO, atleast when they are busting down peaceful peoples doors.

Well I think I know where the mix-up happened with this, but I'm not 100% sure. According to the post office, you have to fill out a separate customs forms besides whatever is on the outside of the carboard envelope that they make you buy. And they also told me that 6-10 days global priority is NOT guaranteed. More than likely, my envelope is chilling at customs while they send a form for me/someone to fill out.


Last time I ever ship with the USPS...

PS: Don't worry, my name and address were nowhere inside of the envelope... no worries here as of yet. I wish HD took credit card orders... Its so easy to get a pre paid credit card, and using one takes away one border crossing and a lot of time.

I don't remember what they had me sign at the Post Office, I just signed whatever she told me to ... but, you would be in no trouble for ordering seeds, you still have to be 'caught with the goods' ... I plan to order again soon, I will still use the USPS, but this time, I'm in no hurry, wont bother with the Global Priority ... :smokin:

I have had good luck using Kindseeddotcom and have used my CC to order on there website with no problems, quite a few times over the past few years...

I have been following what reaper has said regarding HD. I myself don't trust USPS. The seeds I have bought using Royal Mail have always arrived. The selection at HD really looks good to me, but USPS has kept me from ordering.

ive always had my emails answered by hemp depot. brad seems to really be on top of that. and ive sent them alot of questions concerning different things.

Ohh yeah, Brad at HD has been great. He replys to my emails super quick, even on the weekend. My issue here is not at all with HD, its with my local USPS that has college students working there. They don't even have regular postal employees. That was my mistake right there.

You would figure that an employee of the post office should know you need customs paperwork when you are going through CUSTOMS at the border, lol. Those workers must be smoking more than we are :-p
