Okay heres the fucking deal:

1: I dont agree to what the cop did.... (punching, almost breaking arm)

2: I dont agree to what the black girl did (Obviously wasn't cooperating and being a huge fucking pain in the ass)

3: the cop should have turned the girl around and talked to her for 30 secs, its as easy as that.... cop should have told her, "your 15 blah blah, its past ur curfew, ima put u in my squad car and take you home.

4: the black girl should really know better, and thats the WHOLE reason why this cop did what he did.... the girl obviously wasn't understanding, when he struggles with her for a good 2 mins and telling her well over 30 times to PUT HER HAND BEHIND HER back.

I think this is what u get when u dont listen to officers... I think its a wash... cop shouldnt be charged or repramated with anything and the woman should be cleared of all charges blah blah... cause they both were in the wrong. and i know 2 wrongs dont make a right but COME ON<, when a OFFICER TELLS YOU TO PUT UR ARMS behind your back, YOU FUCKING DO IT, dumb bitch

Well put. Something that I've noticed is that people don't seem to realize that when you are detained by the police you aren't the one in control. Comply and then take legal action if the cop does something wrong. Get in a fight with a cop, expect them to do what they have to do to to maintain control.

Good thing I wasn't there.I'd of punched that fucking cop in the head and told the girl to run. Sometimes you have to get invovled when the law enforcers are breaking the laws.There seems to be getting more and more dirty cops. At some point society is going to have to fight back.

We should make all police officers go to Charm School, or, pass ballet classes.

As someone who took grappling martial arts, I can take a hold like that with my fist around my shoulders. Most people, however, can't do that. Her wrists should have been near the small of her back, like at the end of the video, and he would've had an easier time cuffing her instead of inflicting unnecessary pain onto his victim.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree with calling this brutality it looks more like necessary force. If you look at the start of the video he doesn't have her arm bent to where it's doing her harm. Her arm is pretty much to her side. It's so obvious that she is resisting the arrest through the whole episode to the point where all he is trying to do is control her. I would also like to hear how you would respond to someone biting you especially with aids, hepatitis and what ever else is floating around out there.. Why do you think he brought her to the front of the car? Because he seen she was going to be a problem and he was right. Sorry but that video will vindicate him totally. The key words here are resisting arrest. You wouldn't believe what showing a little respect will get you out of. Been there done that and walked away.
