Cop Pepper Sprays, Punches, Nearly Breaks Girl's Arm During Curfew Arrest

I wonder why these pro-cop stoners don't take their stash down to the police station and take their beating like a man.

All cops aren't bad and a lot of them also smoke weed. Most of the time they will only take your stash and let you go. I smoked with friends who are cops and they had a better assortment of weed than anyone I know. You wouldn't believe how many cops won't arrest you for weed either. Like I said all you have to do is show a little respect.

Good thing I wasn't there.I'd of punched that fucking cop in the head and told the girl to run. Sometimes you have to get invovled when the law enforcers are breaking the laws.There seems to be getting more and more dirty cops. At some point society is going to have to fight back.

I agree sometimes you have to take a stand because some cops are brutal no matter what. They are under a lot of stress dealing with assholes like this girl in the video. But if I was there and you punched the cop for this arrest I would have jumped in also but I would have been jumping on your ass.

I'd say they were both in the wrong here.. The officer's cuffing technique looks a little sloppy, and the pepper spray may have been a little excessive. But the situation could have gone over much differently had she just calmed down and cooperated. There not gonna get you in that much trouble for being out past curfew and getting cuffed really isnt that bad if you dont fight it. They cuff you for thier safety and the safety of the public. They dont know who the fuck you are or your intentions most of the time. Point being, if the situation ever comes where you are talking to a cop and he is intending to cuff you, especially over something miniscule like being out after curfiew, just put your fucking hands behind your back, then make your case. Unless you are really intending to harm the cop, in which case they will kick your ass with force, theres no real reason to need to move your arms. Just get cuffed, and stand there and make your case. It's really not that difficult if you cooperate.

i am not pro-cop. I am not really anti-cop either, i dislike the things that some cops do that are unjust but where would we be without them, we need someone to deal with murderers, rapists, etc... i dont like that cops can arrest people for weed, but other than that i respect cops, that girl shouldve known to do what the cop says and nobody wouldve gotten hurt.

I support that cop and hope he dosent have to deal with people that low on the IQ chain again. Just cause your black does not give you permission to flip the f*ck out while getting arrested. This is like the Jena 6 its as if they believe they are exempt from standard forms of law.

Resisting arrest isn't the way to get out of a ticket, "fight the machine", or whatever. Sure cops suck, but there's a time and a place for fighting for your rights.

If some girl (or anybody for that matter) bit me, I'd punch 'em too!

Every time one of these morons attacks an officer during an arrest, they surrender a lot of their legal leverage. Nobody should condone her actions.
