Burning calories?
considering you dont have full power over which cannabis spectrum youre smoking, go for something with alot of hairs on it. dont smoke a while before you work out, as you want it to retain a much psychoactvity as possible for that 'daytime' high you seek. get all of your shit ready, actually show up (trail, gym, court) and make it the last thing you do, so you dont change your mind.
drink plenty of fluid including fruit and vegitable juices. all good things take time. nothing great will come easy bro. its all about going out of your comfort zone. i see it all the time with people who are 'in shape.' they do the same boring 20 minute work out every time........but never mind im rambling. best of luck bro. jus remember, above all remain healthy and make it work for YOU, dont worry about what joe blow is doing all that counts is your own progress. best of luck!
