T12's or T8's

T-8's will give you more usable light per watt.

sorry, psteve ... check the details on the link I provided, and you'll see the T12s actually are producing more lumens in the 40-watt sizes, than the T-8s .... :smokin:

T12's or T8's I currently got two shop lights using a pair of T12's each and a 400 watt metal halide.I'm going to add another shop light seeing how they're doing so well under them but I'm not sure if I should get one that uses T12's or T8's.If any one knows wich one "out of those two" are better than the othe for the plants please let me know, as well as the reason why if known.
