There's a general dislike for the American government, here, in England.. I think that probably stems from the whole issue with Iraq and the growing issue for Iran, but still. Our Government backs yours but our people don't. This whole planet is a fucking joke. If America made weed legal, so would England. The thing that most people don't realize is that the problem doesnt just lie with the government. It lies with the fact that people are WAY too trusting of their government. There is so much bullshit about not just weed, but everything these days. People just follow the masses. As soon as a large group of people started saying the Iraq war is ridiculous (I agree, it is,) lots of the people who initially supported it changed their opinions.

The problem lies with education. People aren't educated about these things so they believe what they see on shit like Fox and Bill O'Reilly (WHAT A FUCKING ASS HOLE)

I can guarantee, if the average citizen, was made fully aware of the benefits of mary jane, and how their government has been lying to them for decades, they would fight it. Subconsciously, noone likes to like a government.

Weed will never ever ever ever be legal until there is a new administration which just happen to be friendly towards it. With Bush or anyone remotely like him in power, it will never happen. At a push, maybe medically, which is good, but never completely.
