And I think those laws you mentioned are just outdated ones they bring up again to make a little joke, I've read things like that before and those were just outdated. You shouldn't really criticize a country if you haven't visited it yet, you can read a lot of negatives from any country, but actually going there and experiencing it first hand is much different than just reading about it.

Federal Law overrides state law, as far as i know. I'm not a pro, i dont know much about America, but i DO know that the laws are stupid, harsh and unrealistic.
