Enfield Police say a man suffering from mental illness broke out of a secure medical facility in Enfield and may be back in Edmotnon. 18-year-old Robert Jesus Moses Hartall recently escaped from the North Middlesex Secure Medical Facility dressed as a Emu. In 1998, Hartall was charged with Public Distubance for the Singing the Songs of Praise volume 1 - 4 outside various Goverment owned buildings. In 2000 Hartall was found naked tied to a flag pole preaching the words of Ronald Mc Donald. Rating: 5
