Enfield Police say a man suffering from mental illness broke out of a secure medical facility in Enfield and may be back in Edmotnon. 18-year-old Robert Jesus Moses Hartall recently escaped from the North Middlesex Secure Medical Facility dressed as a Emu.

In 1998, Hartall was charged with Public Distubance for the Singing the Songs of Praise volume 1 - 4 outside various Goverment owned buildings. In 2000 Hartall was found naked tied to a flag pole preaching the words of Ronald Mc Donald. After he was missing for more than a year, he was found dressed as Mickey Mouse with a gun and a bag of money which is suspected to be stolen from Toys 'r' us near a Chesunt golf course in 2002. Hartall pleaded mental insanity, and was sent to the mental facility for treatment.

Police fear he may be a threat because he has threatened various Disney Characters and investigators involved in his case. Hart is a white male, 5' 7" tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He is also known to use Forums to spread his Mickey Mouse hate.

He is considered dangerous. Anyone with any information on Hart's whereabouts should call Edmonton Police at 0209 888 7880 and ask for Sgt Softarse.
