After reading that deficiency thread a few times, I have come to believe that many of my plants have different deficiencies ranging from Ca, P, Magnesium, and pH burn. A couple days ago I found that my pH tester was way out of whack, reading 8.2 in a 7.0 solution, so that might explain the pH burn. I started calibrating it every couple days now to make sure. I think I have the P deficiency because of the redness of the stems and petioles, the Ca deficiency because of the spots, and magnesium because one of the plants looks faded and yellowish on the outsides.

How plausible is it that different plants have different deficiencies if they are using the same res? Also, what is the shelf life of organic nutrients? I got mine from a guy that gave them to me because I bought a lot of my equipment from him and I have a feeling they might be bad, but they don't have a date on them or anything so I am not for sure.

If needed, I can provide pictures to judge. As always, any help is appreciated!
