Choosing between two envirolite 200w and one 400w hps

I would take Envirolites over any other light simply because they are just as good but have the benefit of giving off virtualy no heat and lasting longer.I have used both BTW

So you think 200w would be enough for veg stage to produce as good yield as 400w?
