Put my mind at ease please

I just took a pre-employment drug test this morning. I used my brother's sample that I collected from him last night. I immediately put it in the refrigerater overnight. This morning I reheated it using the baby bottle method. I had heard that after 1 hour the sample is no good out of refrigeration. I gave my sample about 1.5-2 hours after reheating it. (sat in the waiting room 40 min) Am I in the clear? The temp was good just want to be sure the sample won't be thwarted with bacteria. Thanks to all that reply.
