My girlfriend was sexually assaulted, here, and, someone else called the police for a domestic disturbance, after I found out. The police came and, in the end, he was let off of the charges. He did have to bail himself out of jail, and get a court-provided lawyer (I forgot the name of them). When the police showed up, they found beer in his cart, and, because of that, he was fired, evicted, and, isn't allowed on the property, anymore (which may be because of the sexual assault allegations). The judge would have to believe her story over his, and, I think that pictures from the police station would be the clincher.
