i guess tha'ts where we part views... i'd love to have them all locked up... but atleast in my state, someone who's been found to of particpated in domestic violence, whehter they admit or not, or whether the victim would like to press charges, are given just a night in jail and sometimes a restraining order.. fi the woman doens't want to seperate herself from the situation, she will be right back with the guy the next day... in which he's liable to get even more violent....

opinoin will probably differ from state to state considering laws are diffrent, but around here, law care a good 3-5x more about drunk drivers then domestic assault... if you want a national comparison on how such things are dealt with, think about the extremely rich people who are later found to of engaged in fraud.... tehre's just a lot of talk, and hte possiblity for srong punishment, but the judge/jury just doens't care enough to do anything major about it....

btw, if you're wondering how i know so well what happens, it's because my uncle is a lunatic, there's never been one woman he's been with that he hasn't beaten so bad it's amazing they escaped severe injury.... and even with this tract record (he's neither rich or powerful, fame wise either) all that really happens is he goes to jail for the night and he's out and back with that woman the next day... til a week or two later when he does it again and gets the same thing....

BUT he's spent about half his life in prison from drunk driving...

trust me, i actually know what i'm talking about... i woudln't claim things in such detail if i didn't...

Whenever I step out she is right there. I'd say shes about 25 to 30 years old. She's like..."I know you don't know me, but I see you here all the time...I live just down the road, and this is hard for me to ask you, but my boyfriend just beat the crap out of me, and i need a ride to a friends house before he finds me again."
