well i am still at my house but plans have been made for me to move out,(without my parents knowing), im moving to a friends house cuz his mom dont care if i move in and i still need to buy a car but i think my friend is gunna hook me up with a car cuz his dad owns a dealership, i offered to pay my friends mom rent but she refused even took it as an insult lol, im going to probably get some peice of shit car for like 200 bux, it beats not having one but hey things are actually kinda lookin up now i think? , o and im only saying goodbye to my parents through a note im not shure i want to be around when they find out im moving out lol

Don't go to the police, that would be silly. But if your mom and dad were seriously beating the shit out of you, well, sounds like they need some weed themselves. Or at least a stiff drink. It would have been understandable if they'd have grounded you or something, but hitting you tossing a remote at you? You need to break all their shit when they're gone. I'm talking everything, and then just move the fuck out. If those aren't options, I suppose you could goto the police. But I assure you, living with a foster family will probably be even shittier. Just lock yourself in your room until they calm the fuck down, threatening to call the police if they ever touch you that way again. Print shit out like the punishments for beating one's child in your state etcetera. Make copies, tape them all over the fucking house. Make sure they know you're dead fucking serious that if they ever hurt you again you're getting the fuck out of there, and they will BOTH be in jail for the next couple of years.

And man.. you can't just leave and move in with your friend unless you're 18+ or emancipated... otherwise they'll call the cops and your friends mom will be put in jail. It sucks, but it's our justice system. Don't put your friends mom at risk like that, she sounds wonderful.
