Fuck paying them rent or anything, if you have marks from this incident take pictures and sue them, depending on your age of course. Don't be worried about getting in trouble with the law or anything, they accused you of smoking doesn't mean that you were and it definately should not have resulted in abuse.

If you're 16 or older look into your state/counties emancipation laws.

dude, if you are atleast..peobally 14-15, you can become legaly emacipated if you have abusive or unfit parents, and basically your parents have to give you a portion of their paychecks and u can get an apartment or something
