You mean when you try to reply to a thread or post a new one? And you've tried using the Post Reply function where most of those tools show up, right, and not the quick reply function, where fewer of them appear?

I can't use font styles, size, letter color, smiles (the one I miss the most), paperclip etc. Can anyone help me out with this? I hope its not because I used it all too much?
