i meant that in a very good way. Dont be scared, thats my only advice,its a calm peaceful high, do it when u can be alone, put on some calm music, and watch comedy. Also use the advice that the people in your other thread gave u.

Being scared is the last thing you want to be. That opens the possibilities to paranoia during the high. Just chill out - one hit isn't going to fuck you up .

Also, who cares if people can tell? Chances are they won't be able to anyway. And yes, it might be a good idea to do it with someone else for your first time. Just in case you do get uncomfortable, you have someone there to reassure you.
