    Pic needed of bud buster

Can someone post me pictures of the insides of your bud buster? I'm trying to make one myself out of wood and nails, but I need the layout of the pins. A perfectly aligned picture would be good, so I can just trace it onto my medium. A scanner would also work.

    You mean...a grinder?
Acrylic ones are like 5 bucks dude. Stop by your head shop or check out eBay.
Trust me man, it's alot of work to make a good one by yourself. It wont work very well, it will probably be easier just to break it up with scissors or your fingers...
    Just buy one.

Ok it is beta-finished, just doesn't look nice yet. I bought a wooden round cup with an oversize lid, made of balsa, at a crafts shop. I cut the cup down to about 1/2" tall. I used 3/4" brass screws, which i installed from the outside-in. I made sure that the screws on one side of the grinder did not come into contact with the screws on the other side.

However, the balsa wood was too light and weak, it was almost weaker than the herb itself. So I got some lignum vitae (heaviest wood in the world), made a couple of handles for either side, and I screwed those on from the inside.

Took me about 1.5hrs to make, and it works GREAT. The fact that they are screws with sharp serrated edges makes it function much better than some of the commercial grinders I have used.

    I will post pics soon.

haha, this remind me of when i modded my grinder. Its one of those cheap £3 acrylic ones with the storage compartment on the top. i drilled holes in the top, so the grinded bud falls through into the storage compartment, then i made another plastic disc that slots into the holes i drilled, so it falls through, then i clip the disk in and it stores my weed.Still works perfectly to this very day.
