DOT NIDA 5 Drug Panel

Just received a FedEx form to take a NIDA 5 drug test within 72 hours for DOT.

Exactly 25 days ago was the last time I smoked marijuana. Before this, I smoked a couple of times a week for two or three weeks. Before that, I smoked maybe once or twice every few months.

A little about myself. I am a young female, not very active and am overweight, but not terribly. I do not drink anything aside from water, milk and juice, ever. Also, I do use Nuvaring, a birth control that is inserted and kept there the whole month...wondering if this could have an effect on my results.

I am curious to know if there are any certain precautions I should take before/during the test or if I should be alright.

Hey you should be alright. I was a daily smoker multiple times a day for years before I stopped for probation tests and I took NIDA 5 test on my 20th day and passed. Everyone is different but if you are worried read the sticky dilution thread. I didn't follow it exactly but just to help I just drank a sports drink and took 2 aspirin and passed no problem. Try to urinate 1 or 2 times prior to the test just to get what may have built up out of your system. You'll be alright good luck

Get yourself a home drug test and test yourself first. You should be ok but some people have a hell of a time burning off the thc.Check yourself just to be sure and then do the dillution sticky anyways just to be sure.

I waisted soooo much money on home drug tests out of being paranoid for a new job urine test. I quit and tested day 13 and 18 and failed. Tested again on day 25 and passed. I have been a multiple times a day smoker for many years prior. You should be fine.
