Clean Bowl Brake, Fixable?

I needed a bowl of some sort when I got to Italy, so I ordered a nine dollar one. I accidentally put it in my back pocket and sat on it at a weird angle, so it broke nearly in half, but it was a very clean brake. Has anyone ever successfully superglued/ductaped/used some other way to mend a broken bowl?

I know it's only a nine dollar bowl, but I'd rather not order another one if it all possible..

Eesh... I'd just buy another one man. I wouldn't want to use any sort of epoxy or tape just incase it was heated or burned... I'm so paranoid about that shit.

when my friends brother got pissed once, he threw down a stone pipe, and broke it in half, clean break. he just used duct tape, and its still used to this day, but since it broke i got my own, but ive smoked from the broken one after it was duct taped and it still hit like a beast. just try not to burn the duct tape and you should be good. and for a quick fix for a trip, i would suggest just trying to keep it together, no sense in ordering a new one if you dont feel you should.

i've never attempted a glass-pipe repair, seems like too much trouble

but instead of ordering a new one maybe you could find a head shop and just buy one?

or find some wood or clay and put your own sweat and blood into it maybe

i recently broke a $60 trippy, salamander change color glass pyrex bowl..... while cleaning it. then i sliced open my thumb accidentally on the glass from the bowl, then bled everywhere, and the all the resin juice that came out from cleaning my bowl with 420 cleaner, stained up the sink and wouldnt wash down the drain well, so now the entire sink is all stained brown and smells like nasty resin. and my thumb still hurts.

Ouch. That sucks, man. On topic, I gave up on glass pieces after I broke like, my third glass piece (a 70$ bubbler) and I just use my plastic bong now. Works great, doesn't break, etc. As for fixing it, I used super glue on one of my old glass pieces and it held together for a few weeks. Why not just make a cheap bong when you get to Italy? Plastic water bottle + pen + water = bong. Good luck.
