I was thinking of buying this, I would rather pay a little more money and leave nothing to chance for my first grow, people keep telling me my first grow will be shit, I don't see why it has to be. Would you all recommend this? If not, is their a better alternative? My budget is about $250.00 Minus the cost of seeds.

Look thru some posts, there are some around here where you can actually put together the samething they have for about 1/4 the cost. All they are showing there is a simple list that you could get at Wally's World and put it together yourself.

Basically the list is:
1) Air pump
2) Air hose
3) Air stone(s)
4) Travel tote with lid
5) Mesh pots
6) Medium - Hydroton, Hydromite, etc


That will get you started in a DWC setup, and the most expensive part will be the medium (somewhere around $30.00). Total should be someone where around the $50-$90 total. That will give you more money to spend on lights/seeds etc.

If you take a look at my grow log, i have pics of nutes that i use and also a description of my DWC. Progrowannabe and GDSStonerboy also have a DWC setup with pics that will help you alot. There are some other posts around that could help even more, take a look at them and you will see what i mean.
