overgrown, tip of plant torched, two weeks into flowering
Hi there all, one of my plant grew more than 2 inch in a day and when i came back from work..all the tips (or early bud?) were torched...i wonder if anyone here had this kinda expereince?how bad will it effect the flowering of the plant?
Also..i got two plant going in to flowering together...but one of the seems to be budding extremely slow...is the budding timing different from strain to strain?
Another qeustion..as long as there are some white pistils..it is female plant...right or false?
and finally..check out my pics and some comment please...seabud Reviewed by seabud on . overgrown, tip of plant torched, two weeks into flowering Hi there all, one of my plant grew more than 2 inch in a day and when i came back from work..all the tips (or early bud?) were torched...i wonder if anyone here had this kinda expereince?how bad will it effect the flowering of the plant? you'll be fine most likely.....you're still really early into flowering so your plants will still
grow a little more in height....since you have a lot of time left till harvest they'll recover and continue to bud.
I'd say the slow growth is from lack of light.....even if that's not what's causing the slow growth you still need more light on those....you can buy a cheap socket splitter....its basically a hard plastic Y that splits the socket into 2 therefore you could have 4 lights running in that space.....they cost about 3bucks.
yes the type of growth speed in flowering varies from strain to strain
yes those are both very much female

You could either put the other 2 lights on top or give the plants some side light.

light diminishes rapidly the farther away it is....just look up the inverse square law and you'll see what I mean.
