i got another problem now...the torched plant cant seem to stop growing in height...it's only about 5-6 inches before it exceed my grow box..the internodes seems to be really long to...i think it's a skunk strain...I tot the plant it supposed to stop to grow and concentrate on budding one i switch the light but it's already 3 weeks into flowering it's still growing...(about 2 inches last week) it's there anyway that i can stop it to grow...??thanks...

during flowering you are suppose to expect anywhere from 2 to 3 times increase in height, and no you cant stop it unless you dont want bud but once they reach the top they will most likely continue growing to the side on the box

ye.. tie them down ..
you achieve many benfits form this.
-you use up space mroe efficienlty
- the buds begin to grow straight up towards the light aloowing more room for bud/ branch growth
- your lighting is able to reach all the way down to the bottom branches (ur gonna need all the light u can get espcially with CFL lighting)

As a worst case senerio... And alst resort. You could cut the top off if you can't move your light to the sides or you tent/Cab/Closet
I had to cut the top off once The plant lacked but I still got some decent Nuggs,, I was 2 weeks in to flowering I find this is when the most stretching happens.
Good Luck

That's a last resort because it DOES decrease yield. Try tying first.
