What's your strangest special ability?

most people i talk to about it seem to look at me like i'm crazy or just humor me and don't really say much on the subject.....

other then that..... inginuity... i can fix most anything, or when it comes time for it and i need a tool to fix something/do a job but i don't have it, i can make it....

most everything was created from my laziness.... at my old house i had a window A/C but it didn't have a remote or anything (that wasn't really heard of back then) and it got really annoying to have to get up and unplug it/plug it in when i wanted (knobs were broken and the plug was in ahard to reach area) sooo.... i took two nails, nailed them into the wall on either side of the plug, took two rubber bands, and double looped them so it made a tighter/stronger force, stretched it over the plug... then took fishing line and tied it around the plug it's self, used eye hooks (the kind on screws you know...) and fed the screen through that around to the side of the bed... so all i had to do was pull the string to unplug it and hook the loop on a half eye (like the eye hooks only it isn't fully closed) and to turn it on i just had to let it loose...

keep in mind this was when i was about 7-8.... i've always been like that too... from about 8-12 i used those abilities to play pranks on my grandpa.. home alone style.... at any given tiem there were probably 10-15 traps sitting in his room.... everything from something swinging down to hit him in the nuts when he opened a door, 4'x4' sheets of wood falling on him when he sat down in his chair, to ketchup packets tha'td shoot all over him, books falling on him, drawers that'd pull out as he walked across the trip wire so his shin walked right into it....

from about 13-16 it went exclusively to bongs/pipes.... i wish i still had pictures of some of my shit =/ the acheivement i felt best about tho, i called it the cock bong... it was a ceramic rooster about a foot tall.... then i think at about 18-19 we got a car that i was always working on... alot fo times i didn't have the tool for the job, so first i'd find a way to work around that and 'convert' a tool so to speak to fit my needs.... it worked alot, but lol... that car is why i own about $300 in tools now... the car was atotal peice of shit... instead of listing what was wrong with it'd rather list what wasn't wrong with it (yes it was that bad)

by the time i finally sold it i had replaced about 20% of the shit under the hood... -.-

Oh, and I see dead people.

Because of my spinal deformity, I can grow on command.
On a bad day, I can gain/lose 3 inches in hight.
On a good day, it's only 1.5 inches.

I am also an excellent cook.

My special ability is probably just dealing with people in everyday situations or whatever situations come up. I know what to do and what not to do around certain types of people to keep everyone happy. I dont know if that makes sense but I love marijuana...:rastasmoke:

I have this real good ability to read people. Even from first meeting its like I can tell who they are just by looking at them and observing them for just a few minutes, and with my friends I can tell exactly what they are thinking about a certain subject. I am also really good at telling lies from the truth.

I guess i have this ability too, we're not so special after all. lol. or we're both special, whatever you want to call it.

Eh...I dont really know of anything I can do thats strange...although after reading this thread I was able to think of a few...
I can crack a lot of my bones although its not that difficult..I basically have to stretch a bit to get it going. Can anybody crack the bone in the middle of their thumb? Ive met people who can do it, but only because they had their thumbs broken...I just randomly started doing it.
I can move my ears, eyebrows(one goes up..one goes down..), nostrels...roll my eyes back into my head...
I can do this random really high pitched whistle..

This is a cool thread...I suspect I have other abilities...not just cracking bones...I couldnt tell you what they are...just that im different from most people...:hippy:

I can wiggle my ears. Flare my nostrils. Arch my eyebrows independently of one another and one at a time. Bend the last joint in my fingers if I want to (as a kid we used to call this being double-jointed, but that's not what that is). I'm also very flexible, particularly for someone who's in her mid-40s. I can do back bends and handstands and every yoga pose known to man and, at least before I had spinal surgery this past summer on my neck, I could put my legs behind my head if I wanted. I don't generally want to. It looks too ridiculous.

One thing I've never been able to do worth a darn is whistle, which makes me very sad.

I am also a very gifted procrastinatrix!
