how to get the most stoned from one cone

im a pretty big guy and i can pull cones easily and i ussally hold it in for 30seconds to a minute to get me more ripped
but is there any other way of getting more ripped outta a cone?

30 secs? bro your only damaging your lungs at that point. 95% of the THC is absorbed within the first 3 seconds. You only think your getting higher but in fact its just because you arent letting any oxygen reach your brain (could also kill brain cells)

What do you mean by a cone? Where I am from a cone is a cone shaped joint. As this other guy said holding your hits that long will only damage your lungs more than you need to. I dont hold my hits for longer than 5 secs.

definatley dont hold your hits too long if your smoking a joint or the like, your just wastin a bunch of smoke, hold em for a couple secs

In Australia im pretty sure they use cone to refer to like the bowl of a bong, I would just make sure to take the biggest hit you possibly can, and after that make sure you inhale extra oxygen down into your lungs.
