    A lesson well learned

I was driving in Portland the other night and it was just one of those nights, i had been at old chicago and had one drink but had been dubbin all day and it was dark but not late and i am just thinking about what I am going to do with the night. I Am just driving around and then I am not really paying attention(judgment was impaired) and I ran a red light and then i was about to hit a car . I saw my life flash before my eyes. I was close to hitting this person but i didn't i was close and I didn't have any cars following them so I was lucky. But it was probably the most scary thing I could have gone through. I believe that i have now learned alot from that experience and dont think I am going to do it again.

Although i got a cat and she loves the green she smells the stuff and likes it blown in her face. I think I have found the best cat ever!!!

LOL, not sure what to say. It's good you learned a lesson, though. At least before learning it the hard way.

yeah man - it's just generally a good idea to only drive while fucked up if and only if you must be the driver in the situation and you must make your destination. it's just good that you're okay, and I do believe it's a lesson well learned.

I had a very similar experience, naturelover. It was quite a long time ago, actually, when I had first gotten ahold of really good bud for the first time. I had maybe a dime of it and smoked it all out of a waterfall bong. This was after having a few beers at a graduation party, mind you. Anyways, I was so blazed I just zoned out I guess, and decided it would be cool to go driving around in the country. I do this alot now, but not in the state I was in that night. While driving near a railroad track, I met a train coming my direction onm the track next to my car. My mind fucking flipped and I just lost control of the car into a ditch at about 25 mph. The car was making some racket after I finally got out, and I was completely fine. There should be a Bible passage: "Thou shalt not be tempted to travel under the guidance of much wine and fine weed."

Well it's a damn good thing you didn't hurt (or even kill) somebody else. You shouldn't have to learn things that way.
