1) Do ya think if we leave the area that the price of gas will drop or stay stable?
2) Run out of young men and women? This isn't WW2 where we lose 10,000 in a single battle.
3) Leave them a stable place to go about their business and the "nuke" thing could be a reality.

We're in the middle of a war with people that don't march under a flag or hold an allegiance to a certain country. Makes the issue all that more difficult to deal with.

I find it facinating that there are still people out there that still believe that this quagmire of a war is justified. What is even more puzzleing to me is that people on this post vehemently defend this policy. I participated in a shameful war in southeast asia in the early 70s, saw the waste of life, the devastation, all of the cliches of the horrors of war.
