He said take a empty toilet paper roll and put a whole bunch of those fabric softner things packed into the roll and hit the bowl then blow it into the tube. I also blow it towards the window. Get a vaporizer! They are easier on the lungs, use less and barely have an odor! ANYTHING can cover a vaporizer's smell- even my weakest Japanese incense totally covers it- as would any air freshener. And it doesn't really even really smell like pot! I have a Vapor Brother's. The fabric softener in an empty toilet paper roll would work for your college dorm. I've never walked into a dentist's office, and, went into bathroom to try it, but, I'd think it would smell a little different in there.
