    2nd Cab grow

sorry forgot to check this in a few days...k

well i cant mount it directly to my in-line fan (witch is in the upper part of my cab) because my hole simple isn't large enough n i would need to break my mounting brackets off in order to make it work....secondly the lights are in a lamp shad that i picked up from a basketball court with the two light bulb in the middle...i would move them closer to the plants but the wire aren't long enough n i cant raise my plants up because my door barley shuts as it is......everything is really tightly packed in there, i think i need a bigger cabinet.....pics in next post

I see now. Looks pretty good. Nice going with that partial stadium screen. I see you can't really have your light any lower or the way the reflector is designed it will not allow light to reach the outer edges.

A note about your pictures. They look like a screen has been layed over them, especially when you reduce them in size. This is partially due to the mode of gif format you choose to save them in. For the internet, pictures should always be saved in jpeg, and anything that has a lot of just solid colors should be saved in gif format.

I've tried all kinds of things to get rid of mites, and by far the one that worked the best is a No Pest Strip. They don't knock em back, they kill them. Just use them now, and not later. Not only do mites reproduce real fast, but I would not use that pest strip in the last couple weeks of flowering. It is extremely toxic. Not the yellow sticky things, the yellow toxic things. Do an advanced search using my name and look for spider mite stuff.

If you do it much later than now, I would use a neem oil solution to keep knocking them back until after harvest, then kill em dead.

well i put one of thoughts strips in there three days ago, i believe n the problem is getting worse with each passing day. So i prepaid for battle, i armed my self with some seizors and a mist bottle full of freezing cold water n i started to cut away the leafs with the most damage. by the time i was finished i took more leafs off then i planed everything still ok i hope this kinda fixed my spider problem...

Are you sure you used Spectacide brand No Pest Strip? And did you read my threads about how to use the strips? You can't have a lot of ventilation, just like with bombing, you'll want to turn your ventilation off at night for 3 or 4 nights and your problem will be solved. Promise. Unless perhaps you don't have a door on your setup. In that case I would hang a blanket over the open space, turn off the ventilation for even just one night, and you should see them dieing. Use for one week to be completely sure. I am mite free now, as many people are who have used the strips.

Neem oil solutions will make them angry and knock them back a little. You could keep doing this until harvest, then scrub your grow room with bleach. I would not cut off any leaves. Your plants need those for sugar production and stuff.

    Ah, hell. Read these:
