Hey All:

Iv'e been an avid smoker for 3 yrs now, and just until recently iv'e noticed when i smoke my cheeks seem to get bigger, and it stays that way for a couple hrs after too....anyone else get that?

It's possible, because the blood goes to my cheeks when I'm high. I get rosy and stuff like I've been laughing or walking in the cold. Yours might be swelling because of the blood going to them - probably normal.
