Altwnyguy73,,,I was just curious why S.Dakota thats all !! The Black Hills are fantastic all year round many places to explore & see. A tree hugger huh well there are plenty in the hills. What I am wondering about is if anyone that has lived there has any real experience...The statistics say the penalties are harsh...but the arrest and confiscation numbers are like 45 out of 50 states...very low....Just wanna find out how bad they cops go after you in SD if your not a dealer...personnel cultivation or head stash only....and layin low....
