South Dakota...marijuana laws

Been to the norml sight...know the fines...that its not decriminalized...
What I am wondering about is if anyone that has lived there has any real experience...The statistics say the penalties are harsh...but the arrest and confiscation numbers are like 45 out of 50 states...very low....Just wanna find out how bad they cops go after you in SD if your not a dealer...personnel cultivation or head stash only....and layin low....
Entertaining thoughts of moving there...just wanna be prepared...thx for any input- peace

We donâ??t want any more people to move here! But if youâ??re a pot smoker â?? yeah, you bet, move to SD. I donâ??t think itâ??s any better or worse here than in any of the surrounding states. Like anywhere, you keep a low profile and itâ??s cool. Not much for cosmopolitan environments, so I hope you like rural and small towns.

why not SD...lol big city life blows...moved around alot....lived a bunch of places.....there isnt anything bad I can say about the black hills area... Environmental Science background....tree hugger some might saw.....area offers everything I seek..... thx for the input...peace

Altwnyguy73,,,I was just curious why S.Dakota thats all !! The Black Hills are fantastic all year round many places to explore & see. A tree hugger huh well there are plenty in the hills. So if u do move here ~Welcome~ Arioch,,,the life of setting ur own hrs & self discipline= FUN to me anyway glad ur doing great
