That you and Mom need to have a L-O-N-G talk!
(a) She's getting careless!
(b) Does she know you smoke? Does she know that you know she smokes?
(c) How would she feel if her kid became her supplier?

You also need to consider the legal angle - does your Mom rent or own? If she rents, you guys could face immediate eviction. If she owns, the cops can confiscate the house as a product of drug activity, even if it isn't. Did you think about that? It is way too late in the year to grow outside.

My advice- have that talk with Mom and wait until spring and put out some cup-grown seedlings next spring. Make it a picnic in the boonies for you and Mom- nice bonding experience.
