Hey MT, I'm a caregiver in BZN looking to assist more patients. Where you located? (just curious). From what I know, an LLC with tax returns is a good idea for the compensation $$$. Personally, I only have one patient, but I'm willing to go up to 18 (There's a federal law about having more than 100 plants...). I'm going the LLC route if more patients appear.
the_shadow Reviewed by the_shadow on . How to caregive legally I am a caregiver in Mt. and would like to be able to help more patients, but am unsure of how to do it legally. All our law says is that I can have multiple patients, and six plants and 1 ounce per patient, and receive reasonable compensation. Do I need to file a business tax return? in case I am ever questioned? I want to do this right so I don't abuse our Medical Marijuanna laws, and be able to help people in need. Rating: 5
