I gave them nothing but Phed water for about a week, but they might need to get the entire mix flushed out. Because I don't have an irrigation system this requires quite a bit of work... but in the end it may be worth it.

I was just afraid if I gave them a solid flushing, I would need to work up super slowly to 900 PPM... and I wanted to give them the "Shooting Powder" for the last few weeks before giving them nothing but ph'ed water for the last week or so.

I was also browsing through House and Garden's Website...and I realized you are never supposed to introduce their product "Drip Clean" that supposedly will clean out metals from your medium, lessening the need for flushing... well, I introduced it mid cycle which may have caused the salts\metals to be released after they had already build out. So... I am thinking I may be locked out because of that and other reasons.
razzapiggy Reviewed by razzapiggy on . Magnesium Difficency? What ya think? It's not really effecting alot of the plants, but the leaves that are effected are in the middle of the plant, not at the top which has me a bit confused. I have recently added a bunch of fans so I thought the few that were effected was possibly wind burn, but a few more have shown up with a few odd signs... Had a friend say it looked like mold, I personally don't think that's the case at all. Using SuperNatural Bloom pH 5.7-6.0 Medium SunShine#4 Rating: 5
